Personal data held by Greater Bay Area Impact Forum Foundation Limited (“GBAIFF”) include your name, email address, contact number and opinion etc. They are collected from you directly.

GBAIFF may use the personal data held by us in connection with our event registrations, our news, our management of your requests, inquiries, comments and suggestions.
GBAIFF has a legitimate interest in properly administering the services it provides. In addition, GBAIFF's use of your personal data may be necessary for the performance of the above purposes.

Personal data will be kept confidential but, subject to the provisions of any applicable law, may be transferred to:

GBAIFF對妥善管理其提供的服務具合法權益。此外，GBAIFF使用閣下的個人資料可能是為了滿足上述服務的需要。
個人資料的轉移及保留
個人資料將予以保密，但在遵守任何適用法律條文的前提下，可移轉予：
1. 任何GBAIFF關聯方；
2. 就GBAIFF和/或GBAIFF關聯方所提供服務的任何代理、承包商或第三方
